Our commercial fixed windows feature overlapping internal and external seals for superior weather performance. Our range of sill options promote increased structural performance, water performance and design flexibility, and have been specifically engineered to meet a variety of wind load requirements up to the harshest cyclonic conditions. Our aluminium fixed windows have also met and exceeded the testing and compliance required for both cyclonic and bushfire compliance.

Pest protection
Our commercial fixed window range has been designed to be compatible with our standard fibreglass and aluminium insect screening which provides superior protection against insects and unwanted pests.
Wind load requirements
Our commercial fixed window systems have undergone extensive independent NATA accredited testing to ensure they exceed all structural, water, and debris impact performance requirements for cyclone regions C and D.

Hardware
Our commercial fixed windows feature premium commercial-grade hardware and have been designed with a focus on security, energy efficiency and style. Our fixed window systems feature sub sills for optimum weather performance, colour-coded glazing wedges for ease of identification, heavy duty frames, and fully captive backing gaskets on the outside of the frame to ensure secure glazing. Our fixed windows can also be seamlessly adapted to Alspec’s awnings and hinged doors.
Screening Options
Testing and Compliance
Our commercial fixed window range has undergone extensive independent NATA accredited cyclonic compliance testing to ensure structural, water and debris impact performance requirements for cyclone regions C and D.
In addition to meeting cyclonic compliance standards, our casement window range has been fully tested to meet or exceed both Australian Standards AS2047, AS1170, AS1191 and AS3959, and Bushfire Attack Level 40 (BAL40).
